The CEO drove around in a mclaren sports vehicle to show off and therefore there were some good company perks with a little bit of lavishing.
Cons
Centered on Swedish oriented culture company that looks to do business with global international banks. I was hired to service a US global bank that kept dancing around testing the propriety platform and it took long delays to get them onboarded. I wasted 6 months of doing nothing waiting to get their first US bank customer (in 2014-2015). Inadequate training and system design. No growth because there were no US bank customers to grow with.
