Pros
• The atmosphere is great, the culture is open and transparent, you can always share your opinion and tell if you are concerned about something. • People are great. Seriously - when you are surrounded by like-minded people - they inspire you to grow, to learn something new, and get better, you always exchange ideas, and could always ask for help if you're stuck. • Parties are also amazing and crazy. Add some not direct company events, but company-related or company-supported ones - you can never get bored. Also, summer/winter trips are in place! • Flexible hours/vacation. This is probably the most comfortable company I ever worked in. Nobody tells you to come at 9 in the morning and finish something over the weekend - you can easily plan your time (but of course - as long as the work gets done). • Hardware budget, multisport card, several fridges with beers, other drinks and snacks, free lunches. I guess, no comments are needed here. • We are also moving to the new office with the direct Prague castle view soon!
