- No matter how loyal you are to the owners, they will drop you as soon as they have what they need from you to further their business - The number of times you'll hop on a call with the owners, you always have a pit in your stomach that they are letting you go even though there is no reason for that (they hire and fire constantly) - Sunday scaries is a real thing working here - A diverse personality here does you more harm than good. Most companies hire you for your opinion and background/ personality, but if you don't sound or speak like the owners, get ready to be corrected constantly and question every word that comes out of your mouth (something as small as using a synonym for a word, but they wanted you to use the other word option) - They don't trust their employees and will have you filling out "day journals" which has you stopping every time you switch a task to explain what you're doing with your time. All other remote workplaces I've worked trust their employees to do the job they are paid to do rather than feeling like you're constantly doing something wrong - Their idea of what your job title entails will constantly change and you'll soon feel as though you are never doing enough since they change their mind constantly about what that job role should include. They'll say to raise your hand when you have too much, but they will end up holding it against you when you do.
