Pros
I had a lot of free time because the senior management did not believe in providing any training. structure or benefits. As the people leading the organization were clueless, I, too, had the opportunity to gaze at my laptop screen. Hence, I was gainfully employed during the time.
Cons
1. No structure to the organization 2. Inadequate compensation 3. No workethics 4. No standards and systems 5. Poor office space: smelly and shoddy workspace. 6. Poor hygiene 7. Fradulent promises of promotion.
