Hiring system is a mess and took forever to receive the documents I needed and to get onboard. The tech used on the job is painfully slow and nonfunctional. Expected to use your personal device for a handful of job duties including calling customers. • The few employees present perform all duties from sales, hiring, interviews, driving, and planning • Must wear business professional clothes for 1 hour each day, before switching to a strict business "casual" outfit for outdoors • Trips to other states for more sales • Coworkers try to tell you you're doing the right thing by selling cheaper products to people, but then openly lie to customers and use sales tactics to draw customers in.
