The vast majority of your work day will be making phone calls to people who don't want to speak to you, if they even answer the phone in the first place. There is almost a lack of company culture beyond negative attitudes. The management team doesn't seem to know how to lead. You are required to work in the office the entire week which is fine besides the fact that it is a lackluster office where you might even fight to stay awake.
