      -Awesome team with great leadership -Pretty good space for Innovation -Excellent place for learning curve of new technologies and developments -Interaction with other teams is so handy and also funny at times. -Solid Leadership! The clarity with which they lead is absolute wow!

      1. 24/7 we should available 2. No career growth because we should work with their product pure core java we have to write the code 3. Office hours Morning 9 to...... End less 4. Need to work with India team timings and US team timings 5. Endless releases 6. Userstories without functional documents 8. Qa team raised the issues what they assume not for functional 9. Weekend working without pay /compoff

      They provide good working machines. Peers are helpful

      Cons

      Not great projects to work on. The management itself doesn't know where the product is going. Very frequent shuffling of responsibilities Work is not specific to the designation. In spite of repeated feedback on unrelated/unproductive work, they still give you the same stuff to do. Salary is not industry standard. Very poor work-life balance. No growth at all. Promotions are just for namesake. Work and responsibilities are the same. Company's future doesn't look great so please rethink your offers.
