Poor Management & Unprofessional Workplace - Data Scientist App Orchid Employee Review

Not great projects to work on. The management itself doesn't know where the product is going. Very frequent shuffling of responsibilities Work is not specific to the designation. In spite of repeated feedback on unrelated/unproductive work, they still give you the same stuff to do. Salary is not industry standard. Very poor work-life balance. No growth at all. Promotions are just for namesake. Work and responsibilities are the same. Company's future doesn't look great so please rethink your offers.
