Pros
- Work-Life balance. Core hours of 9:30 am to 3 pm, 37.5h work weeks. Very flexible on leaves/breaks/vacations. - Full hybrid, go to the office whenever you feel like it otherwise you are free to work from home. - Low pressure from superiors - Great team(s) - Simple and easy, yet effective hiring process (no whiteboard interviews or coding challenges) - Good health & insurance package

None that I can think of, they do everything to facilitate and make their employees’ lives better
