Pros
I joined at the org as an iOS Developer and worked for 3 months. Due to health issues I had to leave the company. Pros - 1. Good place to learn with the awesome projects they work on. 2. I was part of the iOS team which I feel has the best leader. Learned a lot. 3. Great ambience as one of the directors keeps the environment friendly and happier. 4. The people who are part of the company for a while, know their responsibilities and have best of their knowledge of one's tech domain ( eg - backend or android or BDE ). This proves the learning graph at the organisation. 5. Org knows to keep professional relationships. 6. Salaries are good. 7. Though I was part of the company for a small time, it was a great experience to work with them. They understood my situation and supported me on every step. 8. Projects are great. 9. Office timings are good enough. 10. iOS projects are great future for the company.
Cons
The cons are minor ones hence not worth of writing. Pros take over the cons at the org.
