-learning hands on the job -other care staff made work bearable
Cons
-trainers/office workers would treat the care technician’s like we were the help -manager didn’t know all her employees on the team since we were in a different building -would have 2-3 care technicians on the AM shift without supervisor on weekends

lots of time with the dogs, learning new skills, regular hours
Cons
constantly changing responsibilities, policies, space, and the entire company shifts around it's difficult to feel that you know what you're doing. No real benefits package, no way tto grow.
