Owners are two faced, liars, manipulative, and talk about everybody behind their backs. Turnover rate is higher than anywhere I have seen and they blame the employees for talking to the new guys about bad things within the company. Newsflash, if it wasn’t such a toxic environment there would be nothing negative to say. One owner is married to a salesman so they do everything they can to keep the money in the family even if that means taking it from other employees. They recently got investigated by the dept of labor and were caught violating laws regarding to pay. I don’t know about you but that’s not somewhere I want to work if they can’t even pay you legally. The so called foreman is a joke. He can’t even install doors himself because of lack of knowledge and his laziness is higher than any others in the company. He can’t even go out and perform a key role in his job of job checking or getting on military bases because he is covered in tattoos all over his face and head. This company is losing so many customers because of the terrible work quality from all of the employees leaving to go better themselves. I’m currently looking for an out as I write this review because this company won’t be around another 5 years.

Daily work overload, no room to advance, most peers would rather see you fail than succeed, pay way lower compared to other employees in the same position, customer service reps have an attitude problem, all but one salesman are hard-headed and very hard to work with
