Pros
I made some good friends. You bond quickly over shared pain.
Cons
The office is located right in the middle of the local industrial dumps for a start. Outside matches inside. There are no real benefits and no remote working options are available at all. Sick days are unpaid. They advertise "perks" like free drinks fridge but the reality is that it's frowned upon when you actually use it. Employees are being accused of taking snacks home as well. Instead of actual benefits or a pay rise they come up with the weirdest ideas to "improve morale" or...a pizza on a Friday will have to do. Directors can say anything they want and go unpunished. Or just being very unlikeable in general. They can basically do whatever they want and if you don't agree with their opinions, you're out. There is also a hire and fire culture, so good luck getting through your probation. Do not trust the positive comments here. They are fake. Just like everything and everyone else in there.
