Supportive and warm management team. Great induction and support for new staff. The staff are very approachable and they really care about the children they look after.

Part of a larger organisation so can offer progression within the group 2 on 4 off shift for better work/life balance Offer support to gain funded qualifications, in turn offers higher pay rates Children are loved and looked after well, see the inspectorate reviews

Rural locations difficult to get to sometimes Must be aged 21 and have a drivers licence
