      Pros

      Company values work life balance and is very considerate-- coworkers are respectful, friendly, and caring. Get to work with a lot of high profile companies & work on interesting, varied projects. Everyone's always willing to help.

      Cons

      Work can be repetitive and mundane at times, sometimes you have to work late when projects have pressing deadlines, but boundaries can be set if there are conflicts.

      High salary, some remote work

      Cons

      Small company, very top heavy with leadership. They project an image of being pro-DEI and being a family, but it's incredibly cliquey and exclusive. High turnover: quitting same day, some let go with no warning, and others left for better opportunities. Late night, weekend, and during vacation work is part of the culture, even though leadership says it isn't. Extra effort isn't rewarded, it's expected.
