Pros
Applied Video Solutions (AVS) is an absolutely incredible company to work for. You will work with a very talented, friendly and supportive team. Additionally, management, including the C-Level, is incredibly approachable and amazing to work with. AVS is the local company that is highly recognized on the market because of the quality of products and services it offers. I love here the continuous innovation and adoption of new things that help not only us (the team) to achieve personal and career goals and growth, but also benefit the community and its customers.
Cons
I cannot think about any cons during my time at AVS.

Pros
There's plenty of opportunity for promotions along with hands on training. Your hard work is rewarded and does pay off.
Cons
I do wish there was more observed holidays, but there's plenty of PTO to offset this.
