Pros
- You'll have an opportunity to learn if you're a freshman or a junior; however, if you have more experience than that, it's better for you to find another company to improve your skills because if you stay at this company, your skills will go down.
Cons
- There's no respect for your experience if you're fresh or junior. - The point finger is high at this company and makes jokes of you. - There's no respect for you if you're not near the CEO or the leads. - The leads don't understand what the responsibility of the leadership is at all. - There's no work-life balance at all, so you'll work mostly 20 hours per day, and even on your days off, you'll work too for any dummy reason.
