- Excellent work life balance - 0 to 1 building hence a lot of cross collaboration and decision making - Young data = fun problems - No 2 days are the same - Pet friendly office :) - Free snacks

- 0 to 1 building hence no actual pipelines are setup - Lower investment in tech (a lot of data managed externally which you just have to trust)
