      Pros

      The company gives you a tremendous opportunity to make a great living. The leadership and support in the company are top notch yielding a great culture. If you are an entrepreneur this is the place to be, you have unlimited upward mobility and all you have to do is put in the work to get there. You are recognized for your performance weekly. This company is consistently striving to be better and is always rolling out new things making our jobs easier, more efficient, more benefits and more money.

      Cons

      There are no health benefits is probably the only con I can think of. That being said we have a fantastic retirement pension program and I can see health benefits coming down the pipeline at some point.
