      Good pay if you can keep up

      Pros

      Very high starting pay and job advancement. Great skill building for other roles in similar industries, and moving up in the company. Company itself is great, with a huge focus on quality for minimal cost to the customer, all while keeping high pay standards to their staff.

      Cons

      A lot of company policies and standards to grasp, and try to keep track of - when they aren't changing! If you can figure out how to work under those, you'll do great.

      Pros

      Fun environment to work with. I worked her in my 20's & late 30's. I had the time of my life back ten. But this time around not so much

      Cons

      All upper management speaks Spanish & speak about you behind your back. They promise you the world & then if they loose hope in your ability you will get dropped like a bad habit. They only want you young so they can make you their puppet.
