Pros
Very high starting pay and job advancement. Great skill building for other roles in similar industries, and moving up in the company. Company itself is great, with a huge focus on quality for minimal cost to the customer, all while keeping high pay standards to their staff.
Cons
A lot of company policies and standards to grasp, and try to keep track of - when they aren't changing! If you can figure out how to work under those, you'll do great.
