      Bonuses given but too hard to achieve. It's a good place to learn from.

      Cons

      No clear career progression Favouritism. Very big gap between management and staff making the relationship with the leadership and management team strained. No increase in salary for 3+years.

      Great staff to work with! Made lifelong friends there and they were the only thing that kept me going.

      Cons

      No benefits, No wage increases, even when working for a long time/improving skills. No promotions, was clear favouritism in the workplace Claim they are speciality coffee, but it's more like a typical branch that only cares about profit then staff care.
