Only seeing your colleagues in person when travelling onsite for meetings since everyone is spread throughout the country

Come to realize it had flaws, but definitely not as bad as others

Family oriented business with a LOT of flexibility and input from employees. Variation in clients and project execution. I worked at Arbor a few years ago and left after receiving an offer from another, larger agency with better pay. Having worked there, and another agency after, made me realize that though Arbor has flaws too like any other place, it is 10x better than working for larger agencies that are stuck in the 'but we've always done it this way', 'pull a ticket from the helpdesk', 'your account is downsizing so your job is on the line' mentality.

Cons

Smaller company so less (large) clients to work with (though if you work for a larger company, you only work on one account too). With work coming in and going in waves I had some long days especially around congress season, a more proactive approach on preventing those days would have been nice as it appeared to be the same every year.
