So many. Arbor is an exemplar of a MedComm sweatshop. The other negative reviews are accurate and not exaggerating. This place really is pretty bad.
They hire people at 30% under market value, they do not invest in training or developing them, then because most employees are salaried, the company consistently gets unpaid, overtime labor from them while charging boutique prices to the client. This seems to be a model to maximize profit, not to grow a business. Indeed, the company has not shown real growth over the years and turnover has remained absurdly high. See the average tenure of ex-Arbor employees on LinkedIn. TLDR: It was ~ 2 years and has been steadily decreasing with some stints as short as 6-9 months.
Don't fall for the arsenal of soundbites that Arbor offers (eg, "transparent/360 evaluation process and career path" LOLing for emphasis here). There is no meaningful career path, other than maybe gaining enough experience to move to a different and better company…which is what everyone does. You’re certainly not in charge of your own growth. There are no real processes in place for your career development. It’s all willy-nilly minus the exceptions being made for the kool-aid drinkers (aka sycophants). Promotions are given to sycophants first. It’s gross.
Oh, and yeah, that 5-star review was most definitely written by someone at the company, hence referring to it as an Arbor soundbite. So my question is this; In the face of all evidence (bad reviews, high turnover rate, feedback from employees, etc), Arbor really can’t see the error of their ways? C’mon.
