      Pros

      Great People, Our Software is Probably the best out there in our small niche of Tree Inventory and Management Software. Our team of Arborists do great on Inventories.

      Cons

      Long Sales Cycles, Not much Marketing Support, Not a unified vision of what the goal is as a company.

      Travel, Outdoors, nomadic lifestyle, tree knowledge, self reliance

      Cons

      Unfound incompetence, belligerently ignorant, hires non tree majors and retail workers with no working knowledge of trees. Currently involved in a class action lawsuit for employee rights violations, currently being investigated by the California Attorney General and other entities for 10+ years of negligent fraud.
