Pros
This firm feels as if it is family run. With great leadership and benefits in place, I would work here again in a heartbeat. Often going on company retreats interns and assemblers rub elbows with the CEO and owner constantly. The company continues to expand, and you receive all the perks that come along with that.
Cons
They have a great location but they may soon outgrow that space.
