Pros
Getting to work on exciting science, smart and hardworking colleagues, collaborative culture. The spirit of getting things done fast and effectively has been really motivating, and most people at the org are genuinely inspired by the mission.
Cons
The rapid growth of the organization on the science side has lead to some growing pains, where other parts of the organization are still catching up. The startup / fast growth environment is not for everyone.
