Beautiful office space and well-resourced lab environment. A mission that could be inspiring if the internal culture matched the external vision. Several team members are thoughtful and committed to doing meaningful work.
Cons
Workplace culture is inconsistent and at times deeply discouraging. Turnover is high across multiple departments, which raises questions about leadership and long-term stability. Communication from senior leadership can be dismissive or unclear, and feedback is often unwelcome despite claims of openness. Expectations shift frequently with little context, and some decisions appear to be driven more by personal dynamics than by professional standards.
