Pros

1. Good company to start an SAP career, especially in the SAP GTS domain. 2. Permanent work-from-home flexibility is a significant benefit. 3. Good learning opportunities and education support policies. 4. Supportive colleagues and a collaborative work environment. 5. Exposure to international clients and implementation/migration projects across multiple industries. 6. Opportunities to take ownership and responsibility early in one's career.

Cons

1. Job security can be a concern due to multiple rounds of layoffs over the years. 2. Work-life balance can be challenging depending on project and client demands. 3. Project pipeline and workforce planning could be improved to provide greater stability for employees. 4. Compensation growth may not always be competitive with the external market, especially for long-tenured employees. 5. Frequent leadership changes and organizational restructuring have at times created uncertainty regarding the company's long-term direction. 6. Communication around organizational decisions and workforce planning has not always aligned with subsequent actions, which has impacted employee confidence in leadership. 7. Long-term employee contributions and loyalty are not always recognized in the manner employees expect.
