Pros

Remote work, fantastic direct manager, fantastic coworkers, rewarding work, decent pay.

Cons

Insurance is expensive for an individual and deductibles are high, but I don't feel like other companies are more favorable.

Pros

If you’re interviewing for Digital Technology, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The manager’s leadership style is authoritarian, toxic, and completely unsuited for building a healthy, productive team. He rules through micromanagement and intimidation, treating employees like tools rather than people. It’s clear he has no idea how to lead effectively, relying on control and fear rather than collaboration and support. Along with his equally unqualified sidekick, he has dismantled what was once an incredible, thriving team culture. Morale is in shambles, and the department has turned into a toxic mess. The company’s refusal to address this catastrophic leadership failure is disheartening. You’re better off looking for opportunities elsewhere than enduring this environment.

Cons

1. Toxic, controlling, and authoritarian leadership style. 2. Heavy micromanagement and lack of trust in employees. 3. Manager has no experience or skills in effectively managing a team. 4. The once-thriving, positive team culture has been completely destroyed. 5. The work environment is demoralizing and morale is low. 6. No accountability or support from upper management to address these issues.
