      Pros

      Flexibility: With no clear product direction, you'll have the thrilling experience of being part of a company that's like a ship without a compass. Who needs boring predictability anyway? Culture: The blame game culture keeps things exciting, as every mistake turns into a suspenseful episode of "Who's the Scapegoat?" CEO Vision: The CEO has a special talent for staying mysteriously elusive, keeping everyone on their toes as we play the fun game of "Guess the CEO's Strategy".

      None. The company has no unique selling values

      Cons

      Terrible values. The made us all redundant. Don’t believe a word on any of these reviews. They faking it to make it look like they have a place and a re a good place to work. The entire UK sales team barring tech were laid off. They punting their reviews up to make it look good. Not true.

      3 rounds of redundancy in less than 12 months

      Pros

      They have an unreal vision and want to be a disrupter in the marketplace.

      Cons

      The vision is far far far away from reality, however they believe their own hype. A culture of 'say yes to everything and sort out the mess later' is the norm, with no care or consideration for the poor clients that fall for the lies. They point the finger at sales when clients churn (although sales are pushed by the CRO, CEO etc) and cannot admit to themselves that the product doesn't do what is says it does nore admit that the sale was closed under immense internal pressure. There is zero morals within the senior leadership team.
