      Pros

      - The Regional Director, Sam, is a level-headed and down-to-earth leader that sets a good example with her work ethic and personal results. She genuinely cares about the people in her team. - Teams in Singapore and the UK are happy to share info and have regular catch-ups. - Systems are pretty efficient, using Job Adder as their ATS. - Admin support is good. -Long-term clients are well-maintained and loyal. -Good team-work in the office.

      Cons

      - Whilst Archer is well set-up, consultants from big names (Adecco, Randstad etc) may need time to adjust to the 360-menthodolgies that exists in boutique agencies

      There’s no pro to work with this firm.

      Cons

      An extremely small firm with only handful of staff & political culture. No potential to grow & no stability. Benefits are bad. Leadership in Singapore office equally bad. Super micro management culture & no empathy to listen to staff views. Slave drivers on kpi. Unprofessional & unhealthy environment where vulgarity are used within office environment with cursing & swearing everywhere!!! Do stay away & think twice & hard before joining this company.
