-Great work culture -Management personable -Had very few problems with management -Fast-paced (If you like that) -Lots of vareity (Different sections) -Good work-life balance for students with work mainly at night and on weekends with holidays busier. -Good company perks
Cons
-Learning/training sessions not high enough -Not being able to offer more senior staff "Part-time or full time" only casual -No Dj's/Entertainers anymore this is very valuable to the paying customer -Progression -Staffing very often barely enough/just to enough to get by -At times business is overwhelming
