      Small firm but large-scale project

      Pros

      Some large-scale projects and competitions. CEO is a nice person and get involved in all the projects, so it was easy to communicate with all senior in the office.

      Cons

      Poor managements...the managers also need to do a lot of design works so they can handle the management well.

      Supportive management; interesting, creative work; talented, good people on staff; diverse projects; positive studio culture

      Cons

      has struggled to gain traction with US clientele and keep work in pipeline; most built work is in China and most domestic work is for American branches of Chinese companies; as design-only studio, must work extra-hard to keep bringing in short-term contracts

      A great place that nurtures great architects

      Pros

      This design oriented architectural firm is surrounded by great talents and caring team players. It provides great opportunities to young architects with creative thinking and willing to take on challenges of complicated domestic and international projects in various scales. The managing group works closely and seamlessly with every team member and always be generous and caring. I've been with this company over nine years and I loved this place and everyone in this company.
