Small firm but large-scale project - Senior Designer Archilier Employee Review

This design oriented architectural firm is surrounded by great talents and caring team players. It provides great opportunities to young architects with creative thinking and willing to take on challenges of complicated domestic and international projects in various scales. The managing group works closely and seamlessly with every team member and always be generous and caring. I've been with this company over nine years and I loved this place and everyone in this company.

I can't think of any

For a young firm of 8 years this office has amassed an amazing portfolio of high quality, small to very large projects. It has repeatedly beaten out a number of world renowned architectural firms from London, Copenhagen, Rotterdam and NYC in competitions. It operates under a collaborative process so that if you are a young aspiring designer you have a chance to realize your aspirations. I feel that the negative comments here require a response. I can say with absolute confidence that the “Cons” comments here by a few are simply naïve and not true. An I.T. Department of one person is not “a large I.T. Department”. ALL architectural firms work long hours when necessary. “Stupid supervisor”?? It has a low staff turnover rate so that says something about working here. Having worked for 40 years I can honestly state this is one of the best firms I have worked at and my seven years here is testament to that.

Nothing comes to mind. Some of the other review Cons comments are simply false.
