It’s a shame that the working environment is hostile and all the employees know this and are used to this. Being here a short period of time, I’m glad I dodged a bullet. One of the bosses in particular constantly has anger problems and are hostile towards the employees all the time, even those whom are not under his own team. He is rude and has a temper, shouting at employees is a norm and working there is like walking on eggshells all the time. Not to mention, employees are expected to bring home their work and continue working due to the ridiculous deadlines. I’ve heard of other senior employees working up to 4-5am consistently, to them this is just part of the job. If you are looking for a place to work and think that the work experience here might be worth it, look elsewhere, your mental health is not worth it. For those employees who are still there, honestly, why?

Red flag started during interview. Was not made known that we needed to work with other division based in same office. Verbal abuse, boss with anger problem. Other boss does not stand up to this boss. lack of structure, high staff turnover, lack of guidance due to boss being busy and seniors having their own projects. Lack of middle position seniors because staff keep leaving. Serious lack of personal well being due to frequent last minute meetings and OT requests. Stakes are too high, with little rewards or benefits. Colleague was made to go back to office despite being covid positive. No more work from home.
