Pros
-Small firm so the scope of work for employees is very broad -Great work life balance; the office usually closes at 5 PM -The office is like a family. We eat lunch together in the conference room every day and communication is great. Management is also very transparent.
Cons
-If you want to work on star projects, this is not the firm for you. Architrave works with mostly franchisees.
