Pros

the absolute only plus about this company is the fact that almost all employees are work from home

Cons

-all management including senior VP's/CEO are extremely unprofessional and really do not have any respect nor value their employees whatsoever. -this company has no real structure and is for the most part not compliant with how they run and operate on a day to day -their HR department is a joke they have no real recordkeeping and cannot seem to get it together when it comes to set processes. -you will never be compensated or promoted and if you are they pile additional responsibilities on you and do not compensate you for taking on 2-3 additional roles in addition to your own. -literally everyone that is not located in india or overseas has been massively laid off within the last 6 months. -you put in 50+ hours per week to ensure your department is perfect and issue free and yet they can lay you off with NO REASON and cannot even afford to give you severance of any kind -BEWARE-this company should be shut down with how they run and operate

Pros

There is no pros to working for this company.

Cons

They train you & hire you for a specific position and then practically coerce you into taking a different position with no real warning or reasoning. Suggesting layoffs will happen if you do not take new position they are offering. Also “hired” a group of us for this new position on May 2nd and terminated and cancelled training on May 3rd with no warning. Caused a scene in training putting blame on the trainees. HR later called and said the whole position had been closed because there was not enough trainees to make the training continuation worth while. Laid all of us off at the same time. They are a chaotic disorganized company with no regard or respect for their employees. Management is horrendous. Communication between higher ups & management is terrible as well.

Pros

You may be able to work from home

Cons

This place a zero respect for its employees. Employees mass layoffs all while give the leader of the division with all the layoff a promotion. Promises growth and opportunities but never delivers. Postponed yearly increase for 7 months only to send an email mail for the day it should take effect day no merit increased this year. Leadership does not care about its employees. Leadership is constantly changing it direction. Severally understaffed expecting people to perform a job that should be done by a whole team. Does not provided resources or support needed to perform job properly. Overall complete disappointment. Do not apply her run while you Can people are leaving in flocks. Most employees are done with the company and just waiting for the next job before they can leave.
