Pros

There is no pros to working for this company.

Cons

They train you & hire you for a specific position and then practically coerce you into taking a different position with no real warning or reasoning. Suggesting layoffs will happen if you do not take new position they are offering. Also “hired” a group of us for this new position on May 2nd and terminated and cancelled training on May 3rd with no warning. Caused a scene in training putting blame on the trainees. HR later called and said the whole position had been closed because there was not enough trainees to make the training continuation worth while. Laid all of us off at the same time. They are a chaotic disorganized company with no regard or respect for their employees. Management is horrendous. Communication between higher ups & management is terrible as well.

Growth in abundance! High Technological Advancement! Clear path forward and adherence to strategic planning.

Cons

Communication amongst relevant leaders can be lacking at times. This is primarily an outsourcing company, while there are US-Based Staff, the focus is reducing client costs and increasing profitability.

Pros

Work from Home, great flexibility, great people to work with daily. Work was enjoyable and impactful.

Cons

No clear vision or structure, can't even figure out how to create an org structure. VP in my area was the worst ive seen. No clear vision for their team and no way to show value within the company. Process and Tools changed constantly, and nothing stuck. It was a whirlwind of buzzwords and no growth.
