Complete C-Suite change in last year, along with misplaced internal promotions and process changes make it very difficult to do my job. Knowledge loss from many long time employee leaving and lack of development resources makes me worried for the future.

Ruining the customer experience. Greatly raising the expectation for employees, even implying they should work over office hours whilst again, denying raises. Ever since they’ve taken over Arcoro, that was actually a good company beforehand, they’ve ruined what made this company shine. Toxic executives thrive as long as they are white.
