Ever since Megan and Dave have taken over the company culture has depleted Incited layoffs to hire top executives from Dave’s past companies (at top salary) whilst denying raises to employees A great portion of the layoffs included the CS team, resulting in customers not receiving the “white glove” service or not receiving responses AT ALL. Ruining the customer experience. Greatly raising the expectation for employees, even implying they should work over office hours whilst again, denying raises. Ever since they’ve taken over Arcoro, that was actually a good company beforehand, they’ve ruined what made this company shine. Toxic executives thrive as long as they are white.

Good experience with HRIS/SaaS software, exposure to complex customer issues, some good coworkers, and a few strong managers.

Cons

Support is undervalued, poor documentation, limited internal growth, weak communication, lack of recognition, questionable leadership decisions, and employees may feel punished for speaking up.
