Pros

Awesome co-workers and managers. Good place to gain experience. Good training.

Cons

Not a lot of room to move up in the company. Cannot accommodate very well with scheduling. Promises they cannot deliver.

Pros

- Definitely was some good office culture while I was there. No "we're a family around here" stuff, but there was a friendly vibe to the office and I got along well with just about everyone. My coworkers were friendly and so was management, for the most part.

Cons

- When I was there, it didn't seem like new hires were being screened thoroughly enough. I helped train new hires during my time there and some of them coming in were just not good fits for the position, like HR had just said yes to anyone coming through the door
