Pros

- A good chunk of nice people, mostly software developers and a bunch of contractors. - Good actions toward "Calgary" communities - Abilities to lure good interns - Provide remote works - Provide certification support fund

Cons

- Agency which's meant you are hired when there is project and lay off when there is none - Not ready for remote work setup with Clients - Pay not that great - Too many contractors which are not necessary. - No employee performance review - Less to no career grow - Less experience in operation -

Great place to work but...

Pros

Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

They rely solely on contract based work means that people are employed while there is work and laid off in between (they rehire sometimes). While they have contracts from many different industries, the majority are from oil and gas which is still in a slump.
