Pros
Arcus is a great place to work if you’re someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to grow quickly. The exposure you get here is unmatched — you work closely with senior leadership, get involved in high-impact research from day one, and learn a lot simply by being part of a small but very driven team.
Cons
It’s also not the best fit for people who prefer very large, hierarchical corporate setups. Workload can spike around key project deadlines, but that’s typical of research and consulting.

Get good taste of bad office politics. No work life . No economics related works. Client satisfaction for projects only.
