      Don't go there- Toxic Environment

      Work colleagues are nice and learned alot about what NOT to do in a workplace going forward.

      Cons

      Zero job satisfaction, constant stress, pressure and fire fighting. The owners and other family members who work there have zero respect for their staff and don't value the quality of talent within their workforce. Majority of staff don't last 6 months and for the tough cookies who do theyre gone before the year is out. It is not a place anyone can stay long term unless your institutionalised from the place or maybe mentally affected in some sad cases. Even though Ard Rí Marble have one of the worst reputations in the county they still don't think they have a staff turnover problem- Everyone else is always the issue. Unfortunately for staff who in their eyes are not "performing" or are a "problem" they make so difficult for that person and make their lives hell in there that person ends up having to leave their job and the company walks away thinking they have a clear conscious. Hands down the most toxic working environment I have ever worked In.

It is invaluable to have items highlighted and whether we agree with all items or not, they are true from your perspective and provide us areas which we need to continue to work on. I was glad to see your recognition for the quality of the team members that we have. We have many hard working, dedicated team members who are an invaluable part of the growth we have experienced over the last number of years. Staff turnover is higher than what we would like it to be. It is a key goal being focused on. We aim to promote a good work life balance with a competitive salary with flexi time, and the introduction of working from home where possible, are some recent initiatives. Many people in the company have been given the opportunity to up-skill and grow within the company. We also have many team members with long service. This area is somewhere we acknowledge we have a lot more to go on also. I wish you every success in your future career and am available to meet to discuss further if you wish Thank you

      Colleagues are great to work with

      Abysmall treatment of employees. You don’t count nor does your opinion and your performance will be reviewed constantly. You can be hard at work, but not one bit of praise or thank you at the end of the day and no interest whatsoever in why staff are so miserable. If you have been a loyal employee, have a young family, they care not, you will be sacked anyway. Definitely a 'profit before people' mentality, they don't have any interest in staff morale, health or welfare at all. Be prepared (and to join many others!) for a lengthy legal battle whilst you seek an unfair dismissal legal claim. You have been warned

      Pay was ok and some non-family staff knew what they were doing.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Owner was a bully went around screaming at people for silly things. Lots of the owners relatives work there and they get away with doing very little. Owner spends time going around to review site like this one writing fake positive reviews. Huge staff turnover so it was a novelty to come in on a monday to find out who had walked out or been fired. Worst company I ever worked for.
