I was glad to see your recognition for the quality of the team members that we have. We have many hard working, dedicated team members who are an invaluable part of the growth we have experienced over the last number of years. Staff turnover is higher than what we would like it to be. It is a key goal being focused on. We aim to promote a good work life balance with a competitive salary with flexi time, and the introduction of working from home where possible, are some recent initiatives. Many people in the company have been given the opportunity to up-skill and grow within the company. We also have many team members with long service.
