Dear former employee. I am sorry you feel that way. Ardurra-King is indeed a rapidly expanding firm (ranked #4 on Zweig's Hot Companies List in 2018), and that kind of growth requires adaptive change to meet the needs of the growing business. I do disagree that we do not value and recognize the value of human capital; as a professional services firm, we know that it is the core of our business (truly the only thing we sell). We have been making real investments to meet the operational challenges of operating as a larger firm, both in terms of making new strategic hires and acquisitions to grow the business in a very deliberate way, and with respect to investing in technologies to support our professionals in their day-to-day jobs. I realize change can be hard and sometimes we do lose good people because of it, but we are 100% committed to our employees, their development (personally and professionally), and we are acutely focused on expanding our diversity initiatives to continue building a strong and diverse workforce.
