- employees are eager to make an impact - cool concept of a startup and a dream come true if you’re into the card collecting hobby.
Cons
these all come with the territory of a startup - little to zero tolerance for mistakes. - high rate of turnover. - (while it didn’t happen with me), if you get on a manager’s bad side, your growth is dead and they will ultimately push you out. - bent over way too backwards for customers at times which was causing them to lose money. not sure how it is now though.

Everyone on the team is there because they either care about sports, collectibles, or other things in the hobby... Team culture is solid and leadership is accommodating when issues arise
Cons
It is a startup and processes are updating, however it is great to collaborate and have real input on how to make things better
