      They sell a dream, you wake up in a nightmare

      Cons

      Senior ops do what they please. They make you believe they care but there is a complete disregard for individual performance and accomplishments. Promotion depends on who sucks up better. If your name is in the infamous black book, forget it. Micromanaging, toxicity, backstabbing and bulling are common practice. You literally can't trust noone .
