Stressfull and unfriendly work environment. No formal training structure. You are treated with distrust from day one with airport style security on entry and exit. Incredible staff turn over (people can't handle the management so they leave) Working in fear of loosing your job on a whim. Management are unprofessional and untrained in the industry. Your timed to unreasonable expectations and are harassed. You can be asked to break industry laws and standards and refusing to do so will risk your job.

Target driven environment: targets are installed where they are not necessary. Don't meet your target? Expect a printout of your work time and be forced to explain not meeting targets. Poor management, endemic levels of micromanagement Culture of fear among employees. Paranoia and lack of trust are endemic, there is no sense of people taking pride in their work and enjoying their role. Toxic environment. Other reviewers have summed this place up perfectly, I'd only be echoing their comments.
